Welcome to Teachers Cloud. By accessing and using our job recruitment and placement assistance platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Description & Platform Role

Teachers Cloud acts strictly as an intermediary platform connecting candidates (teachers, educators) with employers (schools, play schools, and coaching centres). We provide job assistance and recruitment software services only. We are NOT a direct employer.

2. No Guarantee of Job Placement

While we strive to provide the best matching opportunities, we do NOT guarantee 100% job placement. Securing a job depends entirely on the candidate's skills, qualifications, interview performance, and the respective employer's hiring decisions.

3. User Obligations & Accuracy of Information

All users (both candidates and institutions) must provide completely accurate, current, and true information during profile creation and job postings. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account termination.

4. Recruitment Process Liability

We only assist in the recruitment process by providing a technology platform. We do not participate in actual interviews, negotiations, or final hiring contracts. We hold no liability for any agreements formed between candidates and institutions.

5. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
