Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
At Teachers Cloud, we provide access to recruitment software and premium job matching services. Because our services involve immediate digital access and profile activation, we maintain a strict Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Fees are strictly non-refundable once the service starts. There will be no refund provided after an account/profile has been activated, after a premium plan has been successfully purchased, or after the service usage has commenced.
3. Cancellations
You may choose to cancel or close your account at any time. However, cancellation of a premium subscription does not qualify you for a partial or full refund of any previously paid fees. Your premium access will simply continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Disputed Transactions
If you believe there has been a billing error, you must contact our support team immediately within 3 days of the transaction for a review. Refunds for double-charges or technical system errors will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
